  • The registration is free after which the members will receive survey questionnaires matching his/her status from us and we reward the answers with points.   • The registration in iPanel is completely free and voluntary and the procedure is as below:

  • Being from any place of the country and over 13, no gender limitation.
  • A.4. Will my privacy be revealed after registration in iPanel?
  • Mainly we secure the information of our members in the following 2 aspects:
    Firstly, in the agreements: iPanel promises you that all your information without your personal authorization will not be provided to any third party.
    Secondly, in the technology: the private information concerning your passwords, mobile numbers, email and etc will be encrypted in MD5 to ensure that your personal information is secured.
  • A.5. What rules do the members abide by in iPanel?
  • Any iPanel member must abide by the following rules:
    a. Free and Voluntary Membership Registration
    The membership registration in iPanel is completely on your own will and any native netizen who has reached 13 has the right to register in iPanel.
    b. Detailed and Real Registration Information
    All the registering users must fill in real accurate personal information and no fabricating or using information of someone else in registration is allowed. We strictly verify the unreal information and if any is found we will clean all his/her points. Only members with real personal information obtain the final payment confirmation.
    c. Carefulness and Liability in Activity Participation
    In different activities we provide, all the registered members must abide by the promises and carefully answer each question based on actuality or otherwise we will bring punishment such as points deletion, account deletion or etc according to seriousness.
    d.  Acception of Email Invitation as a Must
    Based on the personal information you fill in, survey invitations will be sent to your registration account and we hope you respond right after receiving to participate. Each survey invitation has its quota and your response decides whether our next one will be sent to you or not. Those who do not respond for over 10 times will be put into the inactive list and the system will automatically delete the accounts. Your responding speed decides whether you will receive more surveys or otherwise you will miss many surveys with high rewarding points and lucky draws we hold to reward the members.
    e. No Spam Mail in Inviting Members
    Each registered user has a unique designated inviting link which you can send to your friends or relatives whose participation will bring more benefit to you. You will obtain rewarding points of a certain proportion from the surveys they take part in with the prerequisite that the invited members are real and valid (meaning that the registration information is real and valid and they have at least participated in one iPanel survey questionnaire), abiding by the rules and laws and no spamming. iPanel alliance popularization members are not allowed to cheat other netizens by fake information in propagating iPanel and for any of those propagating promises without the consent of iPanel we are not responsible.
    f. Mandatory Realness and Validity of Payment Accounts
    In order to reduce the payment quantity of the payment personnel, we have set gifts with different payment types which our personnel execute within a week. Any payment failure caused by any error of the personal account information will not be dealt again by iPanel and the points will not be refunded in the failure.

    All the registered members must strictly keep the confidentiality of the surveys and are not allowed to publish or resend the answers by any means, copy questionnaire content or answer on other’s behalf without authorization. Any unauthorized copy or transfer of questionnaire content with reserved copy rights will bear legal liability.
  • A.7. What if the registration activation email is not received?
  • If you have registered and not received our account activation email we suggest you change your email to e.g. hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com and other common used email boxes for registration in case that you fail to receive our all kinds of invitations or emergency notices. If there is any failure in receiving, please email us.
  • A.8. Can I cancel my account after registration?
  • The account cancellation can be done any time after which all the information will be deleted and if you want to join again, please register again.
  • B.1. What is online survey?
  • It’s a way of through internet online questionnaires collecting your opinions.

  • B.3. Do I have the chance for each survey?
  • Each survey participator must fit the restrict qualification which generally includes city, gender, age, marital status, monthly income, industry, position, education level, car owner, child and etc as sampling qualifications and of course there are those without any restrictions. The sampling qualification is based on the personal information you filled in when registering in iPanel and we will screen the database according to different requirements of the surveys to invite qualified members to participate in the surveys. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you can take part in every survey.
  • B.4. Is there any requirement for answering the questionnaires?
  • First you must register and accept our membership agreement. When answering, you have to fill or choose according to your actual status carefully or otherwise we will punish based on the seriousness of violation to the rules e.g. add to blacklist, delete account, clean all the points and etc.
  • B.6. Why do the survey I can participate in turned out that I am not qualified for or of full quota?
  • The online surveys we are carrying out are of quotas. Each survey has a certain limit on quantity and therefore even though you are qualified, if you are late for the participation you will be rejected and told that the quota is full. And also though a survey has determined the targeted participators, when you are entering the questionnaire, according to different survey there will be different examined qualifications, e.g. whether you own a mobile phone, what brand it is, your purchase intention and etc all of which will be screening conditions for valid sampling. Then sampling qualification is just the initial procedure and not everyone invited can complete the survey.
  • B.7. Can the survey results be shared?
  • The surveys clients authorize iPanel to execute have great commercial values and usually they are aimed at their own products and clients have the right to have the confidentiality. We will carry out according to the requirements of the clients but we will publish a lot of surveys at our membership website whose results will usually be shared by the members.
  • B.8. Can I invite my friends or family to answer on my behalf to the questionnaires I am not qualified for?
  • This phenomenon does exist. E.g. if there is a survey aimed at old people and due to that netizens are mostly under 45, for surveys aimed at people relatively aged or sample cluster which is scarce on the internet, sometimes clients permit the operation of this way but only under the permission of the client can we invite you.
  • B.9. Can the final result of a survey really improve the product quality and service?

    d. The region of the participator may of low internet speed.
    e. The internet setting might be not good.
    f. The time we present is an average time.
  • B.12. Why am I invited to the same survey again or for multiple times?
  • 1. There might be logical errors in the questionnaire and you are invited again after correcting.
    2. In order to know about the behavior of the consumers, it might be necessary to carry out same questionnaires for multiple times for the participators to repeat the survey and thus the questions of the questionnaires will not be changed much and it is only for the study on the continuity of the consumers’ behavior.
    3. The quota might be adjusted temporarily to enlarge the sampling range and the previously rejected due to disqualification might be invited again.
  • B.13. Why did I receive the survey invitation which I am not qualified for?
  • 1. It is known to all that netizens over 45 are of a very small portion. In order to know about the status of this cluster, our clients might want us to authorize you to answer under the instruction of your parents according to their opinions and therefore under our clients’ requirements we might send you the invitation.
    2. It is also known to all that kids under 13 get access to the internet under the supervision of the guardians and if clients have requirements in this aspect we might send invitations to members with children under 13 to complete the questionnaires according to the children’s will and for sure we do this under the permission of the clients.
  • B.14. My friend and I have the same qualification and why he/she is invited but I am not?
  • 1. The quantity of samples needed for each survey is limited and we randomly pick a certain amount of qualified people to answer.
    2. Some surveys might have restrictions against members who have participated in similar ones in previous months.
    3. It might be some receiving malfunction of your email box.
    4. Your invitation might have not been sent yet.
  • B.15. My region is not within the survey range and why did I receive the invitation?
  • Generally surveys have restrictions on regions and ages and at the beginning of surveys we email the invitations to the members we sample. During the survey with the samples of some regions being full, we stop the sample collection and if you do not respond fast and when you start the participation after the sample collection reaches the quota limit, you might be intercepted and please be understanding.
  • B.16. Why is my contact information needed to be collected in some surveys?
  • Such surveys are under the confidential contract between iPanel and the clients and it will also warn you when you enter the survey that whether you participate or not is your own choice. If the client reveals your privacy to any third party we will pursue legal actions according to the contract.
  • B.17. Do I have to participate in each round of a tracking survey?
  • We suggest if there is no exceptional circumstance, it would be better for you to participate on time after receiving an invitation. After the first round of a tracking survey there will be no more screening out and those who participated are all qualified and will be rewarded accordingly after successful completion.
  • B.18. Why can’t I enter a questionnaire sometimes?
  • None of the online questionnaires is on the server of iPanel and they are all provided by the clients and some servers of them might be of low capacity and only allow few accesses at the same time and therefore it might be possible that after several clicks you still couldn’t enter the questionnaire. When the server is not busy you can enter the questionnaire anytime. Numerous unforeseeable problems exist on the internet and if you encounter any, please stay patient and be understanding.
  • B.19. After the survey I cannot return to the membership center.
  • This seldom happens and the cause might be the following:
    1. Your network might not be stable.
    2. There might be a sudden network malfunction.
    3. Due to that the questionnaires are in the servers of the clients, the long distance might obstruct the instant return and in this case you might have to wait for several more minutes but you do not have to be worried because each of our questionnaires will be with a final validity confirmation and if you do not receive any points the system will automatically check and reward you in time.
  • B.20. Why am I sometimes invited to group discussions?
  • The invitation to you to group discussions is only sent after you being agreed and we suggest you take an active part in it which is a mutual communication method with a lot of fun. You can participate in many interesting discussions and obtain gifts or cash as rewards.
  • C.1. What is Supplementary Survey
  • Sometimes questionnaires set by the clients may have problems or omissions and in order to help our clients complete the survey information we will invite the successful participators of the previous survey to assist in the supplementary survey.

  • E.1. Are there any minimum points required for redemption?
  • iPanel cooperates with different internet banks and credit cards which puts no restriction on the location, time and numbers of your redemption for cash.   • E.2. Why didn’t I receive the cash after redemption?
  • The reason for not receiving the payment after redemption might be the following:

    b. Within one week of the payment period after redemption, you might have your points deducted or reduced to negativity by operations against the rules and the payment cannot be made till your points turn positive.
    c. You might be in the blacklist.
    d. You might be a cheating suspect.
    e. You might have registered multiple accounts and you have to only keep one for being paid.
  • E.3. The information realness of the registered members affects the redemption.
  • The information of the registration must be real and valid which must match your ID card. The rewarding points in iPanel system directly connect the cash and we hope that you fill in the real information after serious consideration. iPanel guarantees that the information of the members will not be revealed and if you obtain abundant points and your ID card number and name do not match the redemption will not be allowed thus we again remind you that the information you fill in must be real.
  • E.4. What about the expiration of my points?
  • If you have logged in at least once in the past 6 months your points will not be affected at all but if you have not responded for over 6 months your points will be deleted and your status will be inactive. If there is no response for accumulated 12 months the system will automatically delete your account without any notice.

  • The reason will cause member be list to the blacklist are below:

    1.The registered user is not a native member.

    2.The registration information is unreal.

    3.The person registered multiple accounts.

    4.Account being tested by system

    5.Due to some reason, the system have banned you from using.

    6.Answering carelessly for multiple times, the system have banned your visit.

    7.Applying for account cancellation

    8.Part of the member data is unreal.

    9.Overactive members are banned from participations temporarily.

  • E.7 What is "Unapproved survey points"?
  • Once member full finish the survey on our website, the reward points will be list on "Unapproved survey points" temporary to waiting for the quality checking on client end. Our team will process to release the reward points once we get the final confirm from our client. Please be patient and waiting for the result.
  • A.6. Can I invite my friends and family?
  • We welcome you to invite more people into iPanel and for each member you successful invite we will reward you with certain points. Your invitation record decides our annual bonus to you.
  • D.1. How does iPanel define the points?
  • iPanel is a social network open to all the local netizens and the points is just a way of rewarding your participation in different activities. Your points are redeemable in iPanel for cash, gifts, coupons and etc.
  • D.2. How are the rewarding points for surveys determined?
  • Each online survey has its quota and based on its difficulty, questionnaire length and targeted clusters the rewarding points will be determined. Generally whether you are the final targeted sample or not, you will be rewarded with points according to your time spent in answering the questionnaire.
  • D.3. Why aren’t my points added instantly?
  • Generally each survey is with instant rewarding points and which if in any special case are not added, it might be due to the reasons of the following:
    1. Your network problem might cause that your complete status may not be sent to iPanel instantly.
    2. Questionnaire system might have a temporary malfunction.
    3. Your inappropriate operation might close it halfway.
    The surveys not with instant rewarding points will be notified to you before you enter and you can choose whether to participate or not. For such surveys we normally acquire feedback data from our clients within a week after the survey and then add rewarding points.
  • D.4. Why didn’t I get the according rewarding points since I successfully completed the questionnaire?
  • All the ongoing surveys interface successfully our survey member system and almost all the points are given instantly to be added into your total. If after a successful completion of a questionnaire there is no rewarding point, the cause might be the following:

Moreover, the designer might insert a question in the questionnaire which you will answer correctly only if you read carefully and if not, the answer will lead to invalidity.
    [Subjective Question] you are required to write down about your opinions or brands in these questions where some members might doodle which may cause the final sample to be taken as invalid.
    [Cheating] some people may cheat to gain more rewarding through a certain way which can be found out by our technical examining such as proxy usage and technical cheating.

    All the actions above will cause the completion of your answering to be taken as invalid.

  • D.5. Why didn’t I receive points by inviting members?
  • iPanel strictly verifies the realness of the members and the information filled in by any registered member must be real and valid. The reason for you did not receive the points might be that in the verification of the member real information inveracity was discovered or the member you invite has not participated in any of our published survey.  iPanel will pay referral points only for successful referral completes of surveys.
  • D.6. Why are points reduced?
  • iPanel pursues quality and all the rewarding surveys will be through the final rewarding verification according to your carefulness in answering.
    The deducting might happen in the following cases:
    1. Answering too shortly
    2. While answering the matrix questions, the member chooses all the row or column with the same choice which means carelessness and dishonesty in answering.
    3. Careless input in open-end questions without normal subjective suggestions or opinions
    4. Your answers are too random that it has no value to our study which will be taken as invalid date by the client and thus the points are deducted.
  • D.7. Why are my total points negative?
  • In iPanel there are lots of ways through which you can obtain points but in which if you act against the rules, in the verification of our technical team your points will be deducted. If your points are negative, we suggest you take the liabilities for your impulsiveness and irresponsibility and from the present correct your attitude to participate in different rewarding activities carefully and honestly.
  • B.5. What will the survey contents be? Are they going to concern privacy?
  • The rewarding survey contents include: products, advertisements, ideologies and many other aspects which will not concern your privacy and the surveys are merely to help manufacturers and corporations improve their products and service quality.
